2022 Spring Worksite Wellness Conference: Recharge to Take Charge

MESSA members learned how to Recharge to Take Charge during MESSA’s 2022 Spring Worksite Wellness Conference on April 8. MESSA Health Promotion Consultant Rhonda Jones shared tips and strategies for starting a worksite wellness program and explained how MESSA benefits support your good health. Special guest Melissa VanBrocklin, a human resources manager at Bay College, shared a success story, highlighting the successful worksite wellness program at Bay College.

MESSA’s 2021 Worksite Wellness Conference brought together experts to share their knowledge and insight about how to maintain mental wellness and build resilience.

MESSA Health Promotion Consultant Rhonda Jones shared an overview of MESSA’s health and wellness benefits, as well as the tools needed to create a positive work culture by starting a worksite wellness program or jumpstarting an existing program. Guest speakers Glenda Hayden and Anjalon Edwards from Grand Rapids Public Schools shared their wellness journey and their experience on the GRPS Wellness Team.

MESSA Health Promotion Consultant Rhonda Jones brought together experts to share insight and resources for mental and physical wellness during MESSA’s Spring Worksite Wellness Conference: Springing Forward in 2021 on April 30.

Attendees learned techniques and strategies to move forward in a healthy and positive way using the key elements of mindfulness, movement and nutrition as a spring board. Jones also shared information on how to create a successful worksite wellness program and how to rejuvenate an existing program.
