FSA debit card and mobile app

MESSA offers health and dependent care flexible spending accounts that are provided free to employers that have MESSA medical coverage.
MESSA has partnered with DataPath to use their Summit program to offer a health flexible spending account debit card. The mobile app is for health and dependent care expenses.

Employers can contact the MESSA OptionALL program at 800-890-0393 or email MESSAOptionAll@messa.org to sign up and offer the new debit card and app to employees.

An FSA debit card makes it easy for members to pay qualifying expenses, such as deductibles, copayments, prescriptions, IRS-approved over-the-counter items and more.

The Summit mobile app is available through the Apple Store or Google Play. Using the app or the portal, employees can:

  • View account balances and information including alerts
  • Review card transaction information
  • Upload receipts
  • Enter a claim for health and dependent care expenses

Employers can use the Summit HR Admin portal to review FSA enrollment, account balances, and FSA-related reporting. You can find the Summit HR Admin portal through the Business Administration Center.
