Exercise therapy is a therapeutic treatment that is used to manage or prevent types of joint or muscle pain with gentle stretches and exercises.

As a member, your membership may include:

Hinge Health recommends most members do their program two to three times a week. An exercise therapy session can take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.

You can schedule a video visit with a physical therapist if you have questions or concerns about your pain. If a member is using Hinge Health for preventive exercises and does not experience pain, a physical therapist will not be available.

A health coach is there to guide you during your exercise therapy program. They’ll help you navigate your care, set goals that matter to you, and much more. You can easily connect with them via text, email, phone call or video chat.

Pelvic floor disorders occur when the pelvic muscles and connective tissues that support the pelvic organs are weakened or injured. Pelvic organ prolapse, bladder control problems (e.g., urinary incontinence), bowel control problems (e.g., fecal incontinence), and pain during intercourse are among the most common disorders.
