MESSA is here to support you by providing resources to help alleviate stress, anxiety and burnout.
MyStressTools is a powerful suite of stress management and wellness resources available for free to MESSA members and dependents. You start by taking a “Stress Profiler” to identify your personal sources of stress and anxiety. Based on your answers, MyStressTools provides thoughtfully curated information, strategies and resources tailored to your specific needs.
The content comes in many forms, including podcasts, short videos, webinars and informational articles. Topics include resilience, wellness coaching, stress tracking, meditation, mindfulness exercises, desk yoga and more.
