MESSA’s service to our members is second to none. The Donovan family found that out when their baby was born with a rare genetic disorder that needed treatment right away.
They reached out to their local field representative — one of 16 throughout the state. He worked with MESSA’s Member Service Center to get all the right pieces in place to save the Donovans’ newborn son.
