Led by MESSA Health Promotion Consultant Rhonda Jones, you get expert guidance, connect with others having the same experiences, and learn how MESSA benefits can help support your body and mind.

The series focuses on evidence-based lifestyle interventions that can help:

  • Reduce chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes
  • Boost metabolic health
  • Improve energy and quality of life

Find a menopause-certified provider

Finding a highly-qualified provider with the right expertise matters to ensure you get the best midlife care that you can.

  • The Menopause Society is a great resource for finding a menopause-certified provider.
  • Providers earn this credential from The Menopause Society by taking an exam. They are required to keep up their credentials with The Menopause Society through continuing education or taking the exam every three years.
  • Always verify that a provider is in-network before you schedule an appointment. If a provider is not in-network, you will pay more out of pocket, and your claims will not count toward your deductible.

Other virtual care options

As more women talk openly about their experiences with perimenopause and menopause, virtual health care platforms are emerging to meet their needs — and some of them accept insurance.
