Where can I find help?

Member Service Center

Our East Lansing-based Member Service Center is staffed by knowledgeable specialists who provide unmatched service. They are here to answer your questions about benefits, help with claims and more. No question is too big or too small.

Who is my local MESSA field representative?

You have a dedicated field representative who is also an insurance expert. Your field rep is also available to help with claims and answer questions.

Yes! We make it easy for you to access your MESSA plan details whenever you need them. There are two ways to do that.

What virtual care does MESSA offer?

Having virtual options for health care is a convenient and effective way to stay on top of your health.

Teladoc Health

With Teladoc Health, you have access to 24/7 Care, Virtual Primary Care, mental health care, and chronic condition management for diabetes, prediabetes and hypertension. Teladoc also offers a weight management program.

Hinge Health

Hinge Health is a digital clinic that gives you access to a personalized exercise program, a physical therapist and your own care team to help overcome joint and muscle pain, recover from injury and improve balance, strength and mobility.

Where should I go for care?

Sometimes virtual care is what you need; other times in-person care is the only thing that will do. Fortunately, you have options with MESSA.

Teladoc Health

Convenient virtual care for minor illnesses, injuries, mental health support and virtual primary care.

Urgent care

Handles problems that need immediate attention but aren’t life-threatening or emergencies.

Emergency room

Provides fast, life-or-limb saving care. If in doubt, call 9-1-1 or go to the closest ER.
