New in 2025
Ovia and Ovia Pregnancy combining into one app
The Ovia app now incorporates the full Ovia Pregnancy experience, giving members one place to track their entire journey from cycle tracking, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
If you have the Ovia app downloaded, you won’t have to do anything special to update to the new experience. If you have only the Ovia Pregnancy app, you will need to download and enroll in the Ovia app following the instructions above.
