Avocado chocolate pudding

The holidays are full of indulgences, but you can feel good about serving up this decadent pudding made with a superfood that’s loaded with vitamins, potassium and healthy fats.

  • 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey, maple syrup or other sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup milk or any dairy-free milk alternative
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Blend all ingredients until smooth using a blender, food processor, handheld mixer or immersion blender. Chill before serving.

Cover tightly and store in the fridge for up to four days. Makes four servings.
