Yes! MESSA health plans include access to virtual care through Teladoc Health and at-home physical therapy and pelvic health support through Hinge Health. Your cost and eligibility may depend on your plan and the service you use.

Teladoc Health offers weekend and evening appointments for care that works for you.

Hinge Health gives you access to a personalized physical therapy program, a physical therapist and your own care team to target your areas of pain and discomfort. You can do the exercises at home, when it’s convenient for you.

Teladoc Health gives eligible MESSA members and covered dependents access to virtual medical, mental health and primary care services. All appointments with Teladoc Health are subject to copays or coinsurance, depending on the details of your MESSA plan.

Teladoc 24/7 Care

Visit with a board-certified provider for colds, sore throats, sinus infection and other minor illnesses or injuries. No appointment is necessary and the average wait time is 10 minutes.

Teladoc Mental Health

Meet with a licensed therapist or U.S. board-certified psychiatrist for mental health care. These visits require an appointment. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

Teladoc Virtual Primary Care

From the convenience of home, members and covered dependents 18 and older have access to a full virtual care team, including a U.S. board-certified primary care provider, a registered nurse and a certified medical assistant.

Hinge Health gives eligible MESSA members and covered dependents personalized support for joint, muscle and pelvic health concerns through an at-home digital program. Hinge Health also offers programs that target the pelvic floor and menopause symptoms.

Pelvic floor program

Pregnancy, menopause, injury and other conditions can weaken the muscles that make up the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor program can provide relief for pain, bladder control issues and other issues associated with pelvic floor disorders.

Menopause program

Menopause can worsen existing joint, muscle and pelvic health symptoms, and trigger new physical and mental health changes.

Hinge Health care teams provide personalized, clinical support to:

Stay on top of your health with preventive care that’s fully covered by MESSA when you see an in-network provider. In addition to an annual visit with your primary care provider, MESSA plans cover up to two gynecology exams each year. For members 40 and older, MESSA fully covers a 3-D and 2-D mammogram each year when they are performed during the same appointment.

  • MyMESSA: When you need to review plan details, check your deductible, request ID cards or review claims.
  • MESSA app: Use it like your MyMESSA account. It’s essentially, MyMESSA in the palm of your hand.
  • Find Care: You can search for an in-network doctor, specialist or facility. If you’re logged into your MyMESSA account, it’ll automatically find options that are close to home.

Get help from MESSA

  • Live chat: Connect with a team member through your MyMESSA account or the MESSA app for answers in real time.
  • Secure message: If you don’t need an immediate answer, you can send us a secure message via your MyMESSA account.
