MESSA’s new mobile app gives you access to information about your MESSA health benefits anytime and anywhere.

In the MESSA app, you can:

• See the details of your MESSA health plan.
• Check the status of your deductible right on the home screen.
• View statements and claims.
• Connect with our Member Service Center via live chat or a voice call.
• Use MESSA’s “Find Care” tool to locate an in-network provider, facility or pharmacy.

The MESSA app also makes it easy for you to view your virtual MESSA card if you find yourself without your physical card at the doctor’s office or pharmacy, or if you’re filling out paperwork that requires health insurance information.

For members with a HealthEquity health savings account, you can also view your HSA balance right on the home screen.
