Staff profile: Sheylene Hall

Sheylene Hall, a MESSA member service specialist, says she’s proud to help provide great member service to the everyday heroes who care for our kids, schools and communities.

“I help members by providing additional information, listening to their problems and finding a solution,” Hall says of her role at MESSA. “From comparing the different plans we offer to explaining benefits and how claims are processed.”

When asked what she likes best about working at MESSA, Hall, a Ferris State University alumna, says: “I like that everyone is so friendly and that we all have the same goal: helping our members.”

A Mount Pleasant native now living in Lansing, Hall enjoys camping with her family, baking and bowling on leagues with her husband. She also loves traveling and trying exotic foods.
