MyMESSA member portal has a new look

Your MyMESSA account makes it easy for you to stay on top of your MESSA benefits, and we’ve made it even better for you.

We reorganized the menus with your needs in mind and gave it a little facelift. The result is a user-friendly member portal that helps you find what you need, when you need it — and it looks great, too.

We’ve taken everything that used to be in the menu on the left and reorganized it in the top navigation. The menu items there include:

Benefits
Find links to your benefits coverage, Optum Rx for home delivery, the handy Plan Comparison Tool and more.

Claims
Here you’ll find your explanation of benefits (EOB) documents and claims. You can also find shortcuts for submitting a claim to MESSA and submitting a supplemental plan claim to our partner Aetna.

My Account
Manage your account and download a virtual MESSA card to your smartphone.

Resources
A wealth of resources lives in this tab, including the Find Care tool and MyStressTools, which includes mental health and wellness resources for members. You can also request new MESSA cards from here, and look up forms you may need.
