Get to know your MyMESSA member account

As a MESSA member, you can create a MyMESSA member account at messa.org where you can conveniently do simple tasks like track the progress of your deductible, view explanation of benefits (EOB) and order MESSA cards.

Here are some other things you can do to help level up your MESSA game:

Home delivery pharmacy

Your MyMESSA account can link you to Optum Rx, our home delivery pharmacy. In your Optum Rx member portal, you can order and manage medications for yourself and your covered dependents. To get started, select Rx home delivery in the left menu of your MyMESSA account. To learn more about Optum Rx, visit messa.org/OptumRx.

Wellness resources

Two important resources can be found under “Wellness resources” in the left menu of your MyMESSA portal:

• MyStressTools is a free suite of stress management tools that provides support when you need it.
• The MESSA Health Risk Assessment helps you understand your current state of health so you can make meaningful changes to improve it.

Frequently requested letters

You can download letters from your MyMESSA account that auto insurance carriers often request, including:

• A letter required to customize personal injury protection (PIP) coverage.
• A coordination of medical benefits letter stating MESSA is your primary payer of medical benefits.
• A letter certifying that you have coverage under a MESSA medical plan.

To find these letters, select “Benefits” from the top navigation, scroll down to “Additional resources” and look under “Plan information.”
