MyMESSA portal puts everything in one place

With everything on your plate, you need an online hub to keep track of your health benefits — so MESSA designed one especially for you.

Your MyMESSA member account is a one-stop shop for all of your MESSA benefits.

If you’re a new member, it’s easy to set up your account. Go to messa.org, select “MyMESSA Login” and follow the instructions. Adult dependents can also set up MyMESSA accounts for themselves.

With your MyMESSA account, you can:

Track your deductible to see the progress you’re making on it.

A health plan deductible is like the deductible on your auto insurance — it’s a fixed amount you pay before MESSA begins to pay your claims.

Review the claims history for yourself and covered dependents, and view your explanation of benefits (EOB) documents.

EOBs come in handy when you’re paying a claim. Compare the bill to your EOB to make sure you’re paying the correct amount after MESSA has made a payment.

Get direct links to MESSA partners Optum Rx for convenient home delivery of prescriptions, HealthEquity to manage your health savings account (if you have MESSA ABC or Balance+) and Aetna to file a claim if you have MESSA’s Accident, Critical Illness or Hospital Indemnity supplemental plans.
