MyMESSA member portal keeps you in the know

Have you signed up for a MyMESSA account yet?

It’s easy for MESSA members to stay up to date on their health plan by creating a MyMESSA member account.

Your MyMESSA member account is your place to:

  • Chat with a MESSA member service specialist.
  • Review specific plan details, including your deductible.
  • Update personal information.
  • View your claims history.
  • Link to the Rx Home Delivery service from Express Scripts Pharmacy.
  • Request new insurance cards.
  • Send a secure message after hours to a MESSA member service specialist.

To get started, go to messa.org and click on MyMESSA (Member Login).

Even if you’ve already registered an account, it’s a good idea to review your plan information and make sure your personal information and account preferences are up to date.

Ways to connect online

  • Online member chat: Our member service specialists are available via online member chat, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To chat with a member service team member, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner when you’re logged in to your MyMESSA account.
  • Online chat for dependents: MESSA members’ adult dependents can also connect directly with our member service team using MESSA’s live chat feature. To get started, visit messa.org/LiveChat.
  • Send a secure message: Members can send a secure message from their MyMESSA portal, and a member service specialist will get back to you as soon as possible during regular business hours.
